Refund and Returns Policy

At Rekany Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our informatic software solutions, we’re here to help with our refund and returns policy.

1. Refunds

1.1 Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only to purchases made directly from Rekany Company for our informatic software solutions, including but not limited to infoCRM, infoMenu, and infoMiniPOS.

1.2 Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. We may require proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

1.3 Approval: Refunds are subject to approval by our customer support team. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of our services.

1.4 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical products, such as hardware components or devices, purchased directly from Rekany Company, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

2.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may require proof of purchase and a description of the reason for the return.

2.3 Return Authorization: Returns are subject to approval by our customer support team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

2.4 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product covered under warranty.

3. Exceptions

3.1 Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom development or consulting services, may be non-refundable. Please consult our customer support team for clarification before purchasing these services.

3.2 Downloadable Software: Once a software download has been completed, it is generally non-refundable. Please ensure compatibility and review product specifications before making a purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver our products to all countries, with a focus on the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery Process

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days for local deliveries within UAE.
  • For international deliveries, please allow 10-20 working days.

Delivery Fees

  • Local Delivery (UAE): A flat rate of AED 15 will be charged.
  • International Delivery: Fees will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the destination country and location.
